“very bad. Book this hostel from Hotel.com, be especially careful. October 28, 2015, we booked accommodation from Hotel.com. Orders included dinner that night and breakfast the next day. We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. They have confirmed reservation system is wrong, but we still insist on not offer breakfast and dinner. Originally been planned good trip all been disrupted. Travel to the area, the……

“Quiet & clean room, serviced daily. English speaking staff & very nice breakfast (optional on our booking, but we paid for one breakfast). Only discovered the roof terrace the 2nd day, as this was not pointed out as a facility to be enjoyed. Good location - walking distance to everything to see in this town (& the train station)”

“无论如何这都不是一家四星级酒店，除了地理位置好，其他都是最多2星标准。房间很小，房内设施也很不好用，只有一个插座，淋浴水忽冷忽热，空调经常自己停止不工作。床头设计更是令人不解，我碰了两次头。明知我们长途旅行有大行李箱，还安排了需要抬行李上数级台阶的房间。房间里没有一瓶免费水，不提供拖鞋，要也没有。我不知道它的高评分是怎么来的。提醒大家避免这家酒店。”

“Staff& amenities were great but clients were unfortunately very noisy until midnight and later, also early in the morning. We changed rooms but still noisy and sleep disturbing. Food very nice thank you”
